Zoe Twin V3 Review: The Best Double for Twins?
Short answer: The Zoe Twin V3 is worth it for twins or close-in-age siblings who need a double that fits through a standard doorway. Zoe lists it at $599, 25 lb, with 60 lb per seat and a 22 lb basket. It is a smooth-surface stroller, so skip it for rough trails.

The Zoe Twin V3 is a smart side-by-side double for families who care about weight and width. At 25 lb and 30 inches wide it is light for a double and fits through most doorways. Each seat holds 60 lb, and newborns ride in the included cocoons. It costs $599, and its small plastic wheels mean it is best on flat ground. For twins on sidewalks, malls and trips, it is a strong choice.
Who is the Zoe Twin V3 for?
The Zoe Twin V3 is made for families with twins, or two children close in age, who want a light double that still fits through a doorway. Zoe lists it at $599 and 25 lb, with a width of 30 inches. Each seat holds up to 60 lb, which is a high limit for this class, so it stays useful as the children grow. Both seats take a newborn with the included infant cocoon, and one seat can hold an infant car seat with an adapter. It suits families who spend time in malls, airports, theme parks and on city sidewalks. Zoe notes it is Disney approved. It is a weaker fit for parents who need a stroller for trails, gravel or heavy off-road use. Parents with one child should look at a single-to-double stroller.
How does the Twin V3 ride and steer?
Zoe lists plastic never-flat tires, with 7 inch rear wheels and 6 inch front wheels, and the front wheels can lock or swivel. The handlebar adjusts from 39 to 42.5 inches. BabyGearLab, which measured the earlier Twin+, found the front wheels worked best on hard, flat surfaces and struggled on carpet, grass and gravel. Lucie's List, reviewing the V2, said the thicker wheels made sidewalks a little easier, but called the stroller best at flat surfaces like a mall floor or airport. Zoe sells All-Terrain Wheels for the Twin separately at $70. The 30 inch width makes it easy through doorways. Plan on smooth ground and short trips, and expect to put in some effort over curbs and bumps with two children on board.

How big is the Twin V3 when folded?
Zoe calls it a one-motion fold. Reviewers describe pulling straps on each seat to fold it, and Lucie's List said the V2 locks itself once folded. Zoe's spec sheet gives a closed size, without the belly bar, of 27 inches long, 30 inches wide and 11 inches high. With the belly bar it is 33.25 inches long. At 25 lb it is lighter than most doubles, and the 11 inch thickness lets it slide into many trunks, though the 30 inch width needs a wide opening. Zoe also lists a travel bag at $100 and carry straps at $20. Zoe does not say whether the V3 stands by itself when folded, and BabyGearLab found the earlier Twin+ did not. Check the trunk space before you buy.
Is the Twin V3 comfortable and safe?
Each seat reclines to 155 degrees, close to flat, and has an adjustable calf rest and its own canopy. Zoe lists a four-panel expandable canopy with UPF 50+ lining. Both seats are newborn-compatible with the included infant cocoon, which stores under the calf rest. The harness is a 5-point design with a magnetic buckle and no rethreading. Zoe's seats are 11 inches wide and 18.5 inches tall at the back. The Twin carries a GREENGUARD Gold certificate and is verified by the Baby Safety Alliance, according to Zoe. BabyGearLab, reviewing the Twin+, noted that the brakes need extra attention to set. Zoe lists a 2-year warranty and a 30-day trial period.
How much storage does the Twin V3 have?
Zoe lists the Twin basket at 22 inches wide, 7 inches deep and 18 inches long, with a maximum weight of 22 lb. That is more than the 10 lb limit BabyGearLab reported on the earlier Twin+. Lucie's List called the V2 basket surprisingly large for a lightweight stroller, big enough for a coat, a diaper bag and a blanket. Zoe also sells a Double Stroller Organizer ($55), Stroller Pockets ($40) and a parent cup holder ($10). The included cups and snack bowl clip on at the seats, but Lucie's List noted they can fall off when the stroller is folded.
Is the Zoe Twin right for twins or newborns?
Yes, Zoe designs the Zoe Twin V3 for newborns as well as toddlers. Both seats take the included infant cocoons and recline 155 degrees. You can also attach one infant car seat at a time, using a $55 adapter for UPPAbaby, Nuna, or Graco and Chicco seats. That means a family with newborn twins can use the cocoons, or one car seat plus one cocoon seat. Each seat holds up to 60 lb, so the same stroller works through the toddler years. If you add a third child, Zoe's Trio ($249) and Tribe ($299) add-on seats turn it into a triple or quad. Zoe notes that these add-on seats cannot be used alone as a single or double stroller. The Twin is a side-by-side, so it can be wider than tandem strollers, though at 30 inches it fits standard doorways.
